About this event

Mike Sorge Trillium Floral Box

Learn to turn one of Mike Sorge's signature pieces, the Trillium Floral Box, in this full-day workshop at Denis Delehanty's shop.  You will start with an 8/4 tri-corner maple blank pre-cut to Mike's specifications.  After turning the "leaves" you will hollow a bowl shape in the center, then turn a decorative lid from a piece of cherry.

Sometime during the day, please express your thanks to Woody Johnson who has - once again - volunteered his time, energy and skill to procure the wood and prepare the turning blanks for this workshop.

Thanks, too, to Dave Swiger who - at Mike's request - will be the lead assistant and Mike's host during his time in our area.
