In an effort to make quality instruction very affordable Skill-Building Workshops are priced as near to break-even as possible. Cancellations that occur close to the event date are difficult to fill because other members who have put their names on the wait list may, by then, have unchangeable plans. If you absolutely have to cancel you will not be penalized but please plan accordingly.
